If you're looking for a major upgrade on your sounds, Sennheiser's CX-300II would be a smart choice --especially if you're new to in-ear headphones and taking it easy on the budget. My first impression on this excellent pair is their comfort when worn. It's very lightweight, as if I wasn't wearing any earphones at all. You'd have hours and hours of fun with these babies especially if you're a fan of RnB, Dance, and HipHop music; music that incorporates a heavy dose of thumping base. The bass produced by the CX-300II is "warm" and "meaty". You could really feel the thump right there.

Personal comments on Sennheiser CX-400II Precision:
These headphones blew me away. I was trying not to fall asleep even at 2:00 in the early morning because I was enjoying every bit of music in my player with these on. I've never heard my music this way; the sound is very clean and well balanced. The bass doesn't overwhelm the mids and the high notes unlike what most commercialized in-ear headphones do. I also like the fact that, as with the CX-300II, these headphones are one of the most comfortable in-ear headphones I've tried. Fans of electronic, hip-hop, acoustic, and mainstream pop music will definitely be delighted with how the CX-400II renders their favorite music. You won't be disappointed with this one --I promise!
