Oh yes I did. Because I wanted one too.It's been a habit of mine to go up to friends and random people and ask "Hey, you've heard the song [insert song title here]? Reeeal gooood, man." To which an almost automatic and sometimes confused reply: "Lol. No, I haven't. So tell me again about this blog idea of yours..."
Sometimes I'll get a positive response like: "Yeah! I like that song...oh. Oh sorry, you mean not the one by 'Lil Wayne? Oh. No, sorry I haven't heard that yet. So tell me again about this blog idea of yours..."
And then there are these truly unique times when two people just love a common song.
The trick is to find joy in the music. Not a lot of people may agree on a particular song but I'd be happy if one or two people feel the same way about it. You get the idea. I'm basically telemarketing songs here. Also, just because I featured a song here doesn't mean I listen to that song usually (or do I?). I may not even like it entirely. Telemarketing.
